Refund/Exchange

We want you to LOVE your purchase! If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may return any unworn and undamaged jumpsuit within 14 days after purchase for a refund. All purchases made over 14 days will not be accepted. Please click HERE to start your return. 

International Orders

International order returns need to be approved by contacting customer service HERE and must be shipped, at the customer expense, to our warehouse (Shipbots, Attn:Rivet Utility Returns, 1725 Rosecrans Ave, Gardena, CA 90249) & include a copy of your order packing slip or specify their order number. Any duties incurred by Rivet Utility will be deducted from any refund or exchange value. 

Returns

If you have chosen to return a product eligible for a return you are responsible for following our return policy and returning the product to us as soon as reasonably practicable but in no event later than 14 days from the order date. We will not accept any returns after 14 days. All sale/discounted items are FINAL SALE unless otherwise noted. Products eligible for return must be returned unused, with tags attached to their original packaging. Please allow up to 7-10 business days from when the returned item is received for refund processing. 

Returning products is always at your risk. If you return any product for any reason, you must ensure that it is adequately packaged and insured. We will not accept any responsibility for damage caused by inadequate packaging by you or if the Product is damaged or lost while being returned to us.

If you return a product to us in accordance with the Rivet Utility return policy within 14 days of the order date, you will receive a refund which will be credited to the original payment method. Refunds to your original payment method will be in the amount of the product price plus taxes, if applicable, less a restocking fee for each product returned (which is equal to the return shipping cost plus $5), but will not include the original shipping cost.  We will process the refund due to you as soon as reasonably practicable after the product(s) have been returned to us and, in any case, within 5 business days of our receipt of the returned product(s). Please note that refunds can take up to ten working days to appear in your account due to varying processing times between payment providers.

We will keep a record of your order and these Customer Terms & Conditions for a period of one year after we have accepted your order. However, for your future reference we recommend that you print and keep a copy of these Customer Terms & Conditions, your order and the Confirmation of Order.

We offer a flexible return policy to make your on-line shopping experience even easier. However, we do monitor the number of returns made and may refuse to accept orders at our discretion if Products are returned repeatedly.
