The Worker is designed to fit snugly to the body with a high-rise waist and a cropped, tapered pant leg. This style is the same body and fit as the Bigwig, but with a short sleeve. The Worker Petite is shorter in the body to better accommodate a shorter torso, as well as having a shorter inseam. If between sizes, size up. 25 1/2" Inseam
